DEPOSIT/PAYMENT All deposits are non-refundable, the deposit will be credited to the service you are booking for. The remaining balance will be due the day of your service, payments accepted: card, cash, zelle, cashapp, Venmo, and PayPal. CANCELLATION I kindly ask for any cancellation to be done 24 hours before your appointment. I charge 20% cancellation fee for any cancellation done after 24 hours. RESCHEDULE If you would like to reschedule your appointment and it’s done before your 24 hour mark the deposit will be used for your desired new date and time. However the appointment can only be rescheduled once from the original appointment date. If rescheduled again, deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required. NO CALL NO SHOW There is a 10 minute grace period, if you are more than 10 minutes late without any notice, it will be considered a no call no show and will be charged 20% of the scheduled service. STUDIO POLICY - no extra guests unless the guest is also receiving a service - Please come with no makeup on in order to not cut time off from your facial: if you have makeup a $5 charge will be applied - Come dressed comfortable - If feeling sick please reschedule appointment
